Sunday Morning Doodles!

I really enjoy all those nebula images that randomly pop-up on tumblr, so I felt like experimenting for a while to see if I can create something that evokes them with out blatantly just copy-pasting them (which I’ve done.)

I love Jardin d’Hiver by Henri Salvador and I randomly found an instrumental track for it! Cheesy as the keyboard may sound, I couldn’t pass up the opportunity.

Found a nice instrumental track for Damien Rice’s 9 Crimes. Recorded. Again: shitty sound quality among other things haha.

Hey! New to tumblr…don’t exactly know what I want to do with…or if I even want to do anything at all with it (tumblr I mean), but today I felt a little inspired to do a cover of Radiohead’s No Surprises. I didn’t have any real instruments (and I don’t even play anything cool anyway!) but I found this 1987 Casio keyboard (a family heirloom if you will) and with absolutely no keyboard (nor piano) experience whatsoever, I awkwardly stumbled my way through a little arrangement I came up with. It’s ridiculously simple, but keep in mind…I have no experience. It was also pretty hastily made…so be warned. Oh, and I apologize for the sound quality as well. OK, disclaimers are over.
